WHEN WE CORRECT
GrottoScout corrects factual errors, broken or misattributed source links, misleading summaries and material context that changes the meaning of a report.
HOW THE RECORD CHANGES
Material editorial changes update the report's modified time and remain associated with its newsroom revision history. Corrections should explain the change rather than silently rewriting the record.
REPORTING AN ISSUE
Readers can use the authenticated Scout channels and the report's original-source links to identify a concern for the editorial desk. Include the report URL, the specific issue and the best available evidence.
